As you may have noticed, the command team have been making a few changes, including the names of the fleet ranks as well as the continuing update to the website by Skippy and Galloway. 
We have altered the bank rules so new members do have limited access, but please do register on the forum to be promoted and have greater access. If you have registered, but not yet been promoted, please contact any of the senior fleet members to promote you.
The requirement to register is purely a security precaution to prevent looters - you do not actually have to do anything, though we encourage all to take part: there are an increasing number of useful tips and articles on there and thanks to all who have already contributed.
Please do not promote anyone above Ensign unless you have checked they are registered - if in doubt, refer it to one of the admirals and we will deal as soon as we come online.
