Heya everyone!
I thought some people may be a little curious as to why a board exists here to advertise other fleets, and it's my duty to keep you updated and informed as to what is going on and why.
Now, this forum did indeed start out as a place for members of the 37th Fleet to keep updated with fleet news and chat with fellow fleet mates. However, we are trying to expand into a wider community that will hopefully include various players from various other fleets. The primary mission statement of this forum (and the website, once it's up and running) will instead be to serve as a help-site that contains various guides, information, tips and advice about Star Trek Online.
Of course our original 37th Fleet is still operational, and I certainly have no intention of letting it go to the dogs, a philosophy that I hope is shared by every member of the fleet. Instead, the 37th Fleet will become the "official" fleet of this website/forum, though members of the forum are in no way obligated to join our fleet. With a little luck though, the new traffic to this site will also increase fleet ranks, but this is not the primary goal of this change.
To this end, this new board designed for the advertising of new and existing fleets will hopefully help diversify our community and help us to grow. Feel free to comment below in this thread.
